Acceptance and confirmation of Terms of Use and Service Agreement
This agreement is for the users of this site, a legally binding electronic contract. Service provider
Pricing
ExpertofIn allows service providers to receive customer service requests on their website. An individual service provider's business may require on-site inspections or telephone interviews with clients. The service provider agrees to pay ExpertofIn a referral fee which is in line with the then-present ExpertofIn Customer Service application fee schedule requiring service providers to provide on-site inspections and telephone conversations. In the remaining common cases, service providers only pay a commission to ExpertofIn if the customer accepts the service provider's quotation. (At the same time, the service application will become a scheduled job.) This commission is equal to 10% of the working amount. However, if the applicable law restricts the service provider's payment referral fee by percentage of profits, the service provider will have to pay the referral fee at the prevailing fee schedule.

Toll
Referral fee: The service provider is required to pay a referral fee using the credit card that has been registered with ExpertofIn ("credit card of the service provider") when:

Commission
The service provider needs to pay the prorated commission on the credit card registered with ExpertofIn after quotation is accepted. Additional charges due to the work relationship will be charged to the designated credit card after the service provider or customer reports the payment to ExpertofIn.
To avoid any disputes, ExpertofIn may deduct commissions before completion.
Any payments made to ExpertofIn are non-refundable, and ExpertofIn will, at its discretion, refund the commission paid by the service provider, as scheduled, if canceled or unexecuted prior to scheduled work. Service application and quotation
Whenever a customer makes a service request, ExpertofIn's rules system automatically picks the appropriate service provider for them and the service provider receives a subscription invitation for the service request. To successfully submit a service request, the customer must provide the following required information, such as the nature of the service, the date of completion, and the location. Customer Relationship, Scheduling and Inquiries:
Service providers are obligated to service their customers and to increase their satisfaction is the personal responsibility of service providers. Service application

Dispute
